For ice bathing, we recommend warm clothing, a towel to dry off, slippers, swimwear 😉 possibly a bathrobe and a hat.

From the parking lot, walk past the restaurant entrance and head towards the children’s playground directly to the Eisbadi entrance.
Please note that our sauna is textile-free. A bathrobe, slippers and two towels are your ideal sauna equipment.
If you have experience in ice swimming or winter swimming, you can dive into the cold Untersee without prior registration. You can make your donation of CHF 5 on site in cash or via Twint. We say THANK YOU!
You will need a bathrobe and a sauna towel. You can borrow a set from us for CHF 15 during the sauna or your workshop. You can pay on site via Twint or cash!
Due to the very high administrative effort involved, rebooking or cancelations are not possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Ice bathing is an experience in itself. A subsequent sauna session is not included. As the body heats up in the cold water, you will not be cold after the ice bath. The natural warming process is also part of the experience. If you still want to go to the sauna afterwards, book your place here.
Our sauna guests can access the ice hole at any time and free of charge. Have fun!
If you have high blood pressure, heart or circulatory problems or diabetes, visit your GP beforehand and discuss your plans with them. For an official workshop, please bring a written confirmation from your family doctor. If you are pregnant, congratulations, but we do not recommend ice baths or saunas.
As a general rule, you do so at your own risk.

Here are 3 tips for your first ice bath.
It will be easier if you set the shower to cold at home a few days beforehand. Take a normal shower, then turn the shower to cold and start slowly from your legs up to your shoulders. If you want to find out more, book one of our workshops.
Our sauna is exclusively textile-free. Please always place a towel underneath when you lie or sit on the wood.
We have prepared fresh Arosa water and a small selection of teas for you. We advise against alcoholic drinks.
