However, ice bathing is also an extreme experience and should not be taken lightly. Your body gets into an exceptional situation, that also becomes unpleasant. That’s why we’ll guide you and show you how to make your ice bath a safe and positive experience.

Preparation

It’s best to take three cold showers before our appointment. Start with hot water and slowly turn down as far as it is tolerable. Start with the feet, then the legs, the arms and finally the torso and head. Increase with each cold shower. Once you’ve done that, you’re ready for your first ice bath!

We will meet in front of the Badirestaurant at 14.30, in any weather. The course is held in German.
